Privacy Policy
How we handle your information. In short: we keep it minimal, we do not track you, and we never sell your data.

This policy explains how Kathhiyawadi Thali Restaurant LLC ("Kathhiyawadi Thali", "we", "us") handles personal information on this website. We are based at Ground Floor, Al Kifaf Building, B Block, Street 2A, Al Karama, Dubai. You can reach us on +971 55 690 4740 or on WhatsApp.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any third-party trackers. The one exception is the Google map on our contact page, which Google serves and which may set its own cookies when it loads.
Nothing is stored
This site has no accounts and no basket, and there is no server here to submit anything to. It does not save what you type.
The booking form
The form on the contact page asks for a name, a date, a time and a number of people. Those four things are used for one purpose only: to write a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent anywhere when you fill the form in, nothing is recorded here, and if you close the page without pressing send, nothing has left your phone. There is deliberately no free-text box.
Sending it
Pressing send opens WhatsApp with the message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send again inside WhatsApp, and what you send reaches us only then. WhatsApp shows us the number you send from. We use all of it solely to hold your table and reply to you.
WhatsApp and other services
Messages you send us are delivered through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy terms. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps. Calls and directions open in the app you choose. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of these external services.
How long we keep it
We keep booking conversations only for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our normal business and legal obligations. We do not build marketing profiles from them.
Your rights
In line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us. Contact us on the number or WhatsApp above and we will help.
Children
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date above. Please check back from time to time.
